<li class="MsoNormal">On the first day of ticket sales, ticket purchases for all other shows are limited to a maximum of 10 tickets per performance per person.&nbsp;</li>

<li class="MsoNormal">The tickets sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, some programmes are still in the course of creation and the minimum age restrictions and recommendations are tentative. If there is an adjustment in regard to the minimum age restrictions and recommendations according to the content of the programme, spectators with tickets for the programmes that cannot attend the programmes, can request a refund by presenting their intact tickets within the designated period. The updates about the adjustment of age restrictions will be announced by the organiser on the &ldquo;Macao International Children&rsquo;s Arts Festival website&rdquo;;</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">The organiser strongly urges audience members to arrive at the venues 10 minutes before the activities;</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">The organiser reserves the right to determine at what time and in what manner latecomers are admitted, and to reject the admission of latecomers or audience members who abandon the performance venue during the performance;</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Minimum age restrictions and recommendations are applied to activities. The organiser reserves the right to request and to examine the valid ID to determine his or her age, and to deny admission to any person when proof of minimum age cannot be provided;</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">All mobile phones, beeping and lighting devices should be switched off throughout the activities;</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Smoking, eating, drinking or the possession of plastic bags and/or objects considered dangerous is prohibited in the performance venues;</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">To avoid undue disturbance to the performers and audience members, cameras and recording devices are strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by the organiser;</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">The tickets cannot be resold at a price higher than the original price or used for any promotional or commercial purposes. In case of any violations, the tickets will be cancelled without any refund and the ticket holders will be denied admission;</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">The organiser reserves the right to cancel or change the programme, the cast of performers, the performing date or time and the seats at any time. In any of these circumstances occur, the organiser only provides the refund of the respective tickets;</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Activities will be photographed or videotaped by IC staff for archival or evaluation purposes. Some of the photographs may be used for promotion of similar activities without consent from the participants in advance;</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">In case of inclement weather conditions, please check the websites of the Cultural Affairs Bureau and the &ldquo;Macao International Children&rsquo;s Arts Festival&rdquo; for the latest updates;</li>
