<li>Tickets will be available for public sale at 12:00 noon on 6 March. Only online ticket purchase is available; telephone and box office bookings are not accepted.</li>
<li>This is a nonnreallname ticketing event. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed once the transaction is confirmed.</li>
<li>A maximum of 4 tickets per order.</li>
<li>Ticket collection time and location will be announced on the website before the event.</li>
<li>Seat selection is not available. Seats will be allocated randomly, with priority given to consecutive seats for the same order. One ticket per person; all sessions have assigned seating.</li>
<li>Prices are in RMB or MOP. HKD is equivalent to MOP.</li>
<li>Children aged 1.2m and above require a ticket.Children under 1.2m (no seat) enter free with a ticketed adult.Only 1 child per adult.</li>
<li>The event organizer reserves the right of final interpretation.</li>

ITTF Men's and Women's World Cup Macao 2026 Presented by Galaxy Entertainment Group will be held from 30 March to 5 April at the Galaxy Arena in Macao, China. The Men's and Women's Singles events will each features 48-player draws. Top athletes from all five continents will converge in Macao, China, to compete for 1,500 ITTF World Ranking points.

In the first stage of the ITTF Men's and Women's World Cup Macao 2026, the group round-robin matches will be played in a best of five (5) games, marking the first time in the history of the event that a best of five (5) system has been introduced at the group stage.The second stage will continue to adopt a best of seven (7) games, players will chase the historic Evans and Hammarlund Cups, iconic trophies with decades of World Cup heritage.

Details of Ticket Purchase

<li>Each person is limited to purchasing a maximum of 4 tickets per transaction.</li>
<li>Students holding a Macao full-time student ID card, Macao residents aged 65 or above, or Macao residents holding a Disability Assessment Registration Certificate may purchase tickets for Sessions S1 to S10 at a 20% discount. Each person is limited to one discounted ticket per session, and tickets are available while supplies last.</li>

Special Reminder: Before submitting your order, please carefully verify that the selected discount matches the document you hold. No modifications will be allowed if the discount does not align with the document due to personal selection errors. Please proceed with caution. The original valid corresponding document must be presented for ticket redemption. Each document is eligible for one discounted ticket. Failure to present the required document will result in the inability to redeem the ticket, request a refund, pay the difference, or exchange the ticket.

NOTICE FOR SPECTATORS ADMISSION
<ol>
<li>When spectators attend the competition, they need to check their personal belongings and present a valid ticket. During the ticket inspection, the QR code of the person entering the competition will be scanned one by one. Only after successful ticket inspection and confirmation of passing the personal belongings inspection can they enter the venue. If the entry fails due to reasons such as inability to pass the security check or presenting invalid tickets, the responsibility and losses shall be borne by the spectators themselves;</li>
<li>Children over 1.2 meters in height should purchase full price ticket. Children under 1.2 meters in height who do not occupy a seat and accompanied by a paying adult can be admitted free of charge, and each adult could only bring in one child each time</li>
<li>Storage services are not provided on site, any form of suitcase and bag exceeding 50cm in length or width is prohibited;</li>
<li>It is strictly prohibited to bring food, laser pens, banners, slogans, lighters and matches, fragile items or other dangerous items into the premises;</li>
<li>It is strictly prohibited to carry photography and camera equipment with a focal length exceeding 200mm, and a tripod is not allowed to be carried;</li>
<li>After entering the venue, recording or live streaming is strictly prohibited; During the viewing period, the use of flashing lights is strictly prohibited; It is not allowed to use selfie poles or other equipment for shooting in the stands area. Staff who cannot cooperate will be asked to leave the venue;</li>
<li>Prohibit the continuous collection, transmission, dissemination, publication, or publication of any competition results or related statistical data;</li>
<li>For the quality of the event broadcast, please mute your phone;</li>
<li>If spectators need to leave the venue temporarily during the performance, they need to use the designated exit and make sure they received the official identification for re-entry. If they leave the venue without identification or unclear identification, no reissue regardless of the reason. When re-entering, spectators need to go through security bag check again and present the original ticket and clear official identification. If they lost the tickets or if the official identification is unclear for any reason, no re-entry is allowed and no refund will be given.</li>
<li>It is forbidden to resell tickets above the face value, to counterfeit or to forge tickets and such act committed will be subject to punishment under the Law n&ordm; 6/96/M, of 15th July；</li>
<li>The Organizer reserves the right to change or cancel the event due to inclement weather and other force majeure.</li>
