Ticket Discounts
The following discounts are not applicable to the Macao Chinese Orchestra’s performances at the 33^rd Macao International Music Festival and the 31^st Macao Arts Festival (Please refer to the festivals’ websites for detailed information).

50% discount for:
‧Holders of valid full-time Student Card* (including Macao residents with valid full-time Student Cards issued abroad and holders of valid Macao full-time Student Cards).
‧Holders of valid Macao Senior Citizen Card* or Disability Assessment Registration Card*.
‧Season Package 
 For customers purchasing at least one ticket for a total of 9 concerts, including four Classics Series and five Special Production Series concerts.

40% discount for:
‧Holders of valid Macao Chinese Orchestra membership card, CCM Friends’ Card and OM Friends’ Card.
‧Family Package
 For customers purchasing two tickets for one Classics Series concert, two Special Production Series concerts and one Family Musical Theatre concert (a total of 8 concert tickets).

20% discount for:
‧Holders of valid Macau Teacher Card*;
‧Holders of BOC Credit Cards or BOC Cards for the purchase of any number of tickets for non-special programmes.
‧Holders of Visa / MasterCard / UnionPay cards issued by BCM Bank, OCBC Wing Hang or Tai Fung Bank for the purchase of any number of tickets.
‧Air Macau boarding pass (flight code NX) with destination identified as Macao (MFM) for the purchase of any number of concert tickets, valid for 7 days after arrival in Macao.

“Exclusive Discount for Special Programmes”#
Holders of BOC Credit Card# or BOC Card can enjoy 30% off tickets for special programmes with no limit on the number of tickets. Special programmes include 2019-2020 Season Opening Concert "Festival", "A Night at the Zenith", "Chinese Musical Milestones"  and 2019 – 2020 Season Closing Concert "Dance to Picturesque Melodies".

* Each cardholder is limited to one discount ticket per session. The relevant identity documents should be presented at the entrance, otherwise the full amount should be paid.

#Offer is only applicable to holders of BOC Multi-Currency Credit Card or BOC Card (debit card) issued by Bank of China Limited Macau Branch, but not applicable to holders of any Tai Fung Bank Credit Card or BOC Credit Card  issued by BOC Credit Card (International) Limited in the Macao region.

Guidelines for Audience:
● The Organizer strongly advises audience members to arrive 10 minutes in advance. The Organizer reserves the right to determine the time at which and the manner in which latecomers are to be admitted to avoid affecting the performance;
● Please silence all beeping devices and mobile phones before the performance;
● Smoking, eating and drinking are prohibited inside the performance venues, as isnoise-making  plastic bags and  dangerous goods, drinks and food;
● Cameras and recording devices are strictly prohibited to avoid affecting the performers and the other audience members, unless expressly authorized by the Organizer;
● Tickets must be presented when entering the venue. Each ticket admits one person only;
● Children aged 3 and over are welcome to attend the family musical theatre Family Musical Theatre “Music Adventure III”, children aged below 6 will not be admitted to other performances;
● The Organizer reserves the right to change the time of performance, programmes and/ or performers at short notice.

Disability Services:
The Macao Chinese Orchestra provides special services for members of the audience with disabilities. Please approach the Macao Chinese Orchestra front-of-house staff upon arrival (preferably 15 minutes prior to the concert) for assistance with seat allocation and wheelchair placement.
