The total session duration is approximately 120 minutes.&nbsp;

Changes to the Event
The Organizer may postpone, delay, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond their control.
&nbsp;
Cancelled or Re-scheduled Events
It is the Customer&rsquo;s responsibility to confirm whether an event has been cancelled or re-scheduled, and the date and time of any re-scheduled event. If an event is cancelled or re-scheduled, the Organizer will take reasonable efforts to notify Customers who purchased a seat.
&nbsp;
Conditions of admission
<ol>
<li>Guests must be at least 12 years old, have a minimum height of 140 cm, and weigh less than 150 kg to participate in the Dinner In The Sky. Participants aged 12 to 17 must have a parent or legal guardian sign a Release and Waiver of Liability before they are permitted to participate.</li>
<li>Punctuality is important to the Dinner In The Sky Macao experience. Customers should arrive at least 45 minutes before the time designated on their seat confirmation. Customers who arrive after the platform has been lifted will not be admitted; the platform will not be lowered and the seat(s) will be cancelled automatically without refund.</li>
<li>Customers are advised to dress for the weather. Please be advised that at 50 meters, strong winds and chilly temperatures may be expected. Once lifted, the platform will not be lowered to accommodate changes to attire, shoes, etc.</li>
<li>The Organizer cannot guarantee that participating chefs and restaurants will prepare dishes without common allergens, such as nuts, dairy, gluten, etc. Customers are advised to review the menu on the website before purchasing a seat. Each Customer shall be responsible for their own health and safety, and any and all precautions regarding their medical conditions, e.g. diabetes, food allergies, etc. without any recourse towards the Organizer. Those with food allergies are encouraged to inform the event staff this during online booking, via email at reservations@dinnerintheskymacao.com, or by phone at&nbsp;(853)&nbsp;6396 6644.</li>
<li>The Organizer reserves the right to refuse or deny admission due to health and safety concerns, licensing issues, where a seat is void, or under other reasonable circumstances. The Organizer also reserves the right to request a Customer leave the venue at any point of time on reasonable grounds and may take appropriate action to enforce this right. By way of example, the Organizer may remove anybody who:
<ol>
<li>Behaves in a manner which, in the reasonable opinion of the Organizer, may affect the enjoyment of other Customers; or</li>
<li>Uses threatening, abusive or insulting words, or in any way provokes or behaves in a manner which may disturb the peace of other Customers; or</li>
<li>In the reasonable opinion of the Organizer, seems to be acting under the influence of alcohol or drugs.</li>
</ol>
</li>
<li>All Customers must comply with the instructions and directions given by the Organizer and the staff on duty. No refund will be given to Customers denied entry due to their own behavior as suggested in, but not limited to, the examples above.</li>
<li>Customers voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.</li>
<li>Dinner InThe Sky Macao does not bar disabled persons from participation, but does require sufficient information (in writing) regarding their medical condition prior to purchasing a seat. This information will be used by the event&rsquo;s safety team to determine whether the individual may be safely accommodated.</li>
<li>The health and safety of Customers is the topmost priority.</li>
</ol>

Safety Rules for the Event
<ol>
<li>The height to which the table will be lifted will be determined by the Organizer, based on safety team recommendations for a particular day or time.</li>
<li>In the case of adverse weather conditions, the Organizer may delay the dining session at their discretion for a maximum of 1.5 hours without refund. If weather conditions do not improve, the dining session will be cancelled and Customers will be issued a full refund or a rescheduled seat.</li>
<li>For safety reasons, Customers must be at least 140 cm tall and weigh no more than 150 kg to enjoy the Dinner&nbsp;In The Sky experience.</li>
<li>Customers should avoid open shoes or shoes without fastenings on the day of the event.</li>
<li>Safety belts are required for the protection of customers. They must be secured at all times during the dining session.</li>
<li>Throwing anything from the table at any time is strictly forbidden. &nbsp;Failure to adhere to this condition will lead to removal from the venue without a refund.</li>
<li>Smoking is strictly prohibited during the Dinner In The Sky Macao experience. Failure to adhere to this condition will lead to removal from the venue without a refund.</li>
<li>Small items such as cell phones or small cameras are allowed at the table during the dining session. Larger items, such as handbags, should be left at the reception counter. It is each Customer&rsquo;s responsibility to keep their personal belongings safe; the Organizer will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of any personal items.</li>
<li>Customers must adhere to and obey any instructions given by the staff of Dinner In The Sky Macao at all times. Touching operational devices or machinery is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.</li>
</ol>

Restrictions and Prohibitions
<ol>
<li>The Organizer reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any Dinner In The Sky&reg; event, without the express written permission of those in said photograph/video. The Organizer may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by the Organizer, including but not limited to brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.</li>
<li>Customers who do not want their photo taken or distributed must inform the Organizer of this in writing and include a personal photograph, which will be retained only for the purpose of identification.</li>
<li>The following are not permitted within any venue:
<ol>
<li>Animals</li>
<li>Outside food and drink (unless permitted by the Organizer);</li>
<li>Bottles, cans or glass containers (unless permitted by the Organizer);</li>
<li>Any item which may be deemed a weapon, including sharp or pointed objects (e.g. knives);</li>
<li>Illegal substances; and</li>
<li>Professional/commercial recording devices.</li>
</ol>
</li>
<li>By participating, Customers agree to follow directions given by authorized personnel of the Organizer and submit to a reasonable search for prohibited items, including weapons and controlled/dangerous and illegal substances.</li>
<li>The Organizer, the venue owner, the sponsors, the contractors, their agents and employees shall not be liable for any death, personal injury, loss or damage caused while at the venue or during the event; nor are they liable for any postponement of the event. The Customer purchased and/or accepted the seat voluntarily and assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the event, including death, personal injury, loss, damage and liability.</li>
<li>Weather Conditions</li>
<li>The Organizer has the right to postpone the session for a maximum of 90 minutes due to bad weather. This will not be considered a cancellation, and no refund will be offered.</li>
<li>The Organizer has the full right to cancel&nbsp;and refund Customers of&nbsp;the Dinner In the Sky experience due to bad weather.</li>
</ol>

Refund and Exchange Policy
Seats purchased cannot be refunded, exchanged or cancelled once issued except in the event of a cancellation by the Organizer, or to those Customers with refund protection.
