This ticketing website is operated by the Macau Ticket, a subsidiary of Kong Seng Ticketing Service. Macau Ticket functions as the official ticketing agent for this event, with the responsibility of facilitating ticket sales and distribution services to the organizing institution. Any disputes, claims or legal actions regarding this event shall be the sole responsibility of the organizing institution, and Macau Ticket shall not be held liable. The following are the terms and conditions of the ticket sales:

• Neither the purchaser nor any ticket holder may resell or offer to resell this ticket at a premium (including through online auctions on the website) or for advertising, promotional or any other commercial purposes (including competitive marketing and trade promotion activities), or for the promotion of other goods or services. In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, this ticket will be cancelled and the hold be refused admission without refund or compensation.
• In the event that the ticket is in anyway damaged, defaced, forged or copied, the ticket holder will not be admitted to the event.
• In the event of adverse weather conditions (typhoons, heavy rain, etc.) or other reasons that cause the postponement or cancellation of the event, ticket refunds or exchanges will be carried out according to the instructions of the organizer.
• In the event that the organizer cancels the event or performance for any reason, ticket refunds will be processed according to the instructions of the organizer, and no refund of any service charges paid at the time of ticket purchase will be provided.
• Ticket purchaser assumes all responsibility and risk during travel to and from the venue. Our Company will not accept any request for refund or exchange of tickets due to change, disruption, suspension, delay or cancellation of transportation or public transportation services.
• If there is a single seat next to the selected seat, Macau Ticket reserves the right to transfer the selected seat.
• In case of discrepancies or contradictions between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
• All sales of tickets are subject to Macau law and by purchasing tickets you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Macau courts and other judicial bodies.
• Our Company reserves the right to re-edit or change any of the terms and conditions contained in this website and in any form without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of Macau Ticket shall be final.

• One person, one ticket for entry, including children;
• All tickets sold are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
• Except for licensed programs, children under the age of six are not allowed to enter, and the organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to inappropriate age viewers;
• Please arrive on time to avoid disrupting the performance;
• The venue manager has the right not to allow late arrivals or midway departures to re-enter the venue and to determine the time and manner of their entry;
• The holder of concession tickets must present a valid certificate to enter the venue;
• In case of special circumstances, the organizer has the right to temporarily change the original arrangement of performers, programs, seating, etc. without prior notice;
• Please keep your tickets during the performance;
• Eating, drinking and smoking are not allowed in the auditorium;
• During the performance, please follow the venue control requirements, if necessary, please turn off your mobile phone or other audible or light emitting devices to avoid disturbing others;
• Prohibit all filming and video recording during performances or screenings;
• Please do not disclose the information of your ticket order to others, and you are responsible for any loss of the order confirmation letter or tickets or their use by others that may result in non-admission;
• Paper or electronic tickets are uniquely numbered and security-proof, and holders of any other tickets will be refused admission;
• The use of paper or electronic tickets are designated for identification purposes and are not exchangeable;
• If you choose to pick up your tickets at the venue, please arrive at the venue early before the performance and log on to the ticketing website early to pick up your tickets with the ticket collection voucher in your personal e-ticket folder (it is recommended to take a screenshot first), or at any Macao Ticket Service Centers or locations with auto ticketing machines. If you pick up your tickets at a manual counter, please present your valid ID and electronic payment certificate or confirmation number to redeem your admission ticket;
• Use the e-ticket to enter; it is recommended to log in early to the ticketing website and use the e-ticket in the personal e-ticket folder to verify entry (it is recommended to take a screenshot first), each e-ticket can only be used once, if already used, the e-ticket will automatically expire;
• Please strictly adhere to the ticket purchase limits for each program. If you purchase more than the ticket limit, any or all of your ticket orders and tickets may be cancelled at the sole discretion of Macau Ticket without notice. This includes details associated with ticket orders under the same name, email address, credit card number or any other information provided to Macau Ticket;
• The ticket holder shall comply with any rules applicable to the venue;
• The organizer reserves the right of final enforcement of the above terms and conditions, please refer to the official website for other notices and terms and conditions.
