澳門售票網條款及聲明

本售票站由『廣星售票網』負責營運。廣星售票網為是次活動之票務代理，負責向舉辦是次活動之主辦機構提供門票銷售及發行服務。因此，所有索賠應在法律允許的情況下由主辦機構單獨承擔，廣星售票網概不承擔任何責任。以下為有關票站銷售之條款(包括任何形式之轉售或轉讓)：

• 為免發生寄送錯誤或無法投遞的情況，請小心核對所訂門票及收票人的詳細資料。本公司恕不接受退票和換票 (遇主辦單位因故取消則不在此限)。
• 購票人或任何持票人均不可將本票站轉售或提議溢價轉售 (包括通過網站進行線上拍賣) 、或用於廣告宣傳、推廣或任何其它商業目的 (包括市場競爭及貿易推廣活動) 、或用作促銷其它商品或服務。倘若在使用上違反本條款，此入場券將被取消且不獲退款，而持票人將被拒絕入場。倘若門票以任何形式被損毀、塗污、偽造或複製，持票人將被拒絕入場。
• 如主辦單位因故取消表演節目，本公司在退票時亦不會發還閣下在訂購門票時所付的任何手續費。
• 必須由持卡人攜同購票時使用的信用卡領取門票，恕不接受任何授權方式代領門票。
• 購票人須自行承擔前往及離開演出場館期間之一切責任與風險，本公司將不接受任何因交通或公共運輸服務更改、受阻、暫停、延遲或取消而提出 之退票或換票等要求。
• 所有門票之銷售均受澳門法律約束，在購買門票的同時亦代表閣下同意接受澳門法院等司法機構的專屬管轄。

私隱權聲明

• 廣星售票網承諾保障閣下的私隱權──閣下所提供的個人資料將絕對保密，並僅作為您提供服務之用。
• 廣星售票網只在閣下授權的情況下使用您的個人資料，除因票務運作需要外，本公司決不會與第三方共用您的個人資料。
• 對閣下所提供的一切聯絡資料，廣星售票網只用作通知您節目的變更以及提供您各項優惠資訊。

網站免責聲

• 任何人仕瀏覽及使用本網站，即代表經已確認及接納須就本網站的使用，自承風險。對於任何因使用、瀏覽或無法使用本網站而產生的直接、間接、附帶、懲罰性的損害或有關損失利潤或損失收益的損害賠償，本公司概不承擔任何責任。

Terms and Condition of Macauticket.com

Kong Seng Ticketing Service is the operator of this website. The ticket is sold or issued by Kong Seng Ticketing Service as agent for and on behalf of the organization, management or promoter responsible for the event (the "Promoter"). All claims are the sole responsibility of the Promoter and to the extent permitted by law. Kong Seng Ticketing Service has no liability to you. The following are Conditions of Sale (including any resale or subsequent assignment):

• This ticket may not, without the prior written consent of Kong Seng Ticketing Service and the Promoter, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction sites) or used.
• For advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.
• Entry will be refused if tickets are damaged, defaced, forged or copied in any way.
• Booking handling fee will not be returned even when the promoter cancels the show.
• Only the cardholder can pick up the tickets by showing the credit card which used to purchase the tickets. Any form of authorization is not accepted.
• Travel to and from the Performance Venue is the sole responsibility of the ticket holder, therefore norefund or exchange will be permitted due to the alteration, late arrival, unavailability, postponement or cancellation of travel services by Land, Air or Sea.
• Macao law shall govern the sale of all tickets and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Macao courts.

Other Terms

• We pledge to protect your privacy and the confidentiality of all your personal information, which will only be used for your booking.
• All personal information will not be used without your prior approval. Kong Seng Ticketing Service will not share your personal information with the third party.
• You will receive notice of show change and promotion information through the way of contact given to us.

Privacy Policy

• By browsing and using this website, a user shall be deemed as having acknowledged and accepted that use of this website will be at his/her own risk. • If any single seat leaves beside your chosen seat(s), Macauticket. Com will have the right to re-allocate yours.
