Short-Term Insurance Applicable for the Park-and-Ride Scheme of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Macao Port (“Short-term Insurance”)
Insurance contract established under the Short-term Insurance is subject to, with necessary adaptations, the terms and conditions of the “Uniform Policy for Motor Vehicle Insurance”(“Uniform policy”), approved by Executive Order No. 249/94/M, of 28 November. In situation where there is incompatibility between the provisions of the Uniform Policy and the Short-term Insurance, those of the Short-term Insurance shall prevail.
Things to note about the Online Insurance Platform of “Short-Term Insurance”

The applicant (or I) hereby declares that:

I have read and accepted the above terms and conditions.The insured vehicles are eligible to use the “East Car Park”. For vehicles that do not meet the parking requirements, even if short-term insurance has been purchased, the relevant insurance contract is also invalid, and the insurance premium will not be refunded.
I have read and fully understood the scope of coverage/exclusions, and ensure that the particulars given throughout the application process are true and nothing materially affecting the insurance risk has been concealed by me;
The whole application process are handled by myself or authorized representative(s) for inputting the particulars and the answers of any questions;
I agree that the particulars, answers and any declaration given throughout the application process shall be incorporated in and taken as the basis of the proposed contract between me and the insurer;
I agree that any particulars given to this platform will be transferred to the related insurer and competent entities.
Understand that the geographical coverage of the insurance sold on this platform (“Short-term Insurance” ) is restricted to the designated area of the public road, car park and immigration border lanes, located at the east side of the administration area of the Frontier Post of Macao Port (area under Macao SAR’s jurisdiction) at the Zhuhai-Macao Port Artificial Island of the HZMB, except for the aforesaid designated areas, accidents caused by vehicles entering other areas of Macao are not covered by the “Short-term Insurance”;
Understand that regardless of the situation, the “Short-term Insurance” contract is not voidable after it is established and premium is non-refundable; and
Understand that the “Short-term Insurance” contract will be effective from one hour after the application is completed at the earliest.
