Tickets Reservation and Pick-up

Procedure for Reservation

  • Read the legislation of ticket reservation clearly.
  • Select the programs which you are interested in, then click online reservation or Member's Reservation.
  • Choose the price, quantity and the location of collecting tickets.
  • Fill in your personal information：
    • Name
    • Resident district
    • Region
    • Telephone number
    • E-mail address
    • Postal address (This field is required if you choose postal service.)
  • Fill in your credit card information：
    • Select the type of your credit card.
    • Fill in the cardholder's name.
    • Fill in the credit card number.
    • Fill in the expiry date.
  • Please note down your reservation number.
  • Please collect the tickets in person.

Ways of Picking up Tickets

1.To collect tickets in person:

  • ※There is no refund or exchange for purchased items.
  • ※We offer a picking-up service without extra charge.
  • ※There is a ticket limit of 10 tickets per person.
  • ※If any single seat leaves beside your chosen seat(s), Macauticket. Com will have the right to re-allocate yours.

2.To order tickets by mail:

1.Macau(MOP+10) 2.China & Hong Kong(MOP+25) 3.Overseas(MOP+60)

  • ※Postal service is available only 14 days prior to the show.
  • ※There is no replacement for lost (in post), stolen or damaged tickets.
  • ※As for postal service, please make sure the addressee information is correct.
  • ※There is a ticket limit of 10 tickets per person.
  • ※If any single seat leaves beside your chosen seat(s), Macauticket. Com will have the right to re-allocate yours.
